Life’s not all about working hard and meeting rigorous standards – we all need to kick back a bit and have some fun too. At Mason Williams we try to ensure that everyone really looks forward to coming to work – at least most of the time!
We are constantly adding to our package of benefits but at present we offer a combination that we think is hard to beat. For a start we regularly price check in both Manchester and London to make sure that our salaries are competitive. This combined with our “no glass ceiling” approach to promotion and reward means that everyone who works here can be happy with not just the package they signed on at – but secure in their future prospects. We want good people to believe they can build a career with us.
Then there is a two level bonus system – half paid each quarter and half paid at the end of the year.
We also accept that there will be times when we all have to work late and at weekends. To compensate we offer four “lost” days in addition to holidays – these can be taken whenever a bit of breathing space is needed. Oh yes, and everyone gets their birthday off as well.
We subside parking in Manchester and Oyster Cards in London.
We try to be charitable. We allow individuals to have an agreed amount of time to “put something back” and as a company we are the only PR consultancy to be supporters of the Media Trust.
Club MW is our own in-house discount card. We have negotiated discounts for staff members at restaurants, bars, hotels and beauty parlours up and down the UK. Simply flash the Club MW card for discounts up to 30%.
